Dos Peepal Solutions was associated with the project through technical familiarity, coordination exposure, and domain involvement, consistent with its established understanding of construction-stage integration and execution realities in complex alumina refinery projects.

Project Scope

Civil works – cooling tower, sub-station interiors (stairs, false ceiling, waterproofing, acid-proof tiling), equipment foundations, drains, and sump tanks

Structural works – new pipe racks and refurbishment of existing steel structures (~250 MT)

Piping works – feed, discharge, cooling water, and condensate lines, including tie-ins between existing and new evaporation trains

Electrical & instrumentation – sub-station cabling integration, terminations, and earthing

This project forms part of the broader group experience in alumina refinery execution.
