Dos Peepal Solutions LLP delivered complete multidisciplinary engineering for a Sodium Sulphate Recovery ZLD Plant supporting MALCO Energy’s waste-to-value initiative. The project converts industrial waste streams into a saleable by-product while enabling Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD). DPS was responsible for process engineering, civil & structural, mechanical & piping, electrical & instrumentation, and full 3D plant modelling, acting as the single-point design coordinator for the EPC partner. The plant was engineered under severe space constraints, requiring innovative layout development, fully bolted structural systems, and minimal site welding. 3D modelling from project inception ensured clash-free execution, optimized constructability, and accelerated erection. The project demonstrates DPS’s capability to deliver high-precision, sustainability-driven industrial engineering under tight space, cost, and schedule constraints.
